We're looking for great people to join our Rogers, AR store. No battery expertise required — we'll teach you everything. All you need to bring is a great attitude and a genuine desire to help.

What Your Days Look Like
You'll greet customers, figure out what they need, and hook them up with the right solution. You'll test and install batteries — car, watch, you name it — answer phones, ring up sales, and keep the store looking sharp. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in doing things right and taking care of each other. No two days are exactly the same, and that's what makes it fun.

What We're Looking For
We want someone who is friendly and genuinely enjoys helping people, dependable because your team counts on you, willing to learn and grow, comfortable with basic tools or open to learning, and detail-oriented and safety-minded. Retail experience is a bonus but absolutely not required — if you're the right person, we'll train you.
