Job Title: Management Trainee – Sales Leadership Track

What you'll do:

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and professionals
• Present Insurance and employee benefit solutions
• Guide clients through enrollment and manage ongoing accounts
• Run your own daily schedule of appointments and follow-ups
• Participate in daily coaching, strategy sessions, and leadership training
